Abstract

With the advent of the era of big data, the Internet has penetrated into all fields of society. In order to adapt to education informatization, it is necessary to improve the teaching ability of college teachers. It should not only become an important part of the assessment system of teachers' ability, but also become an important measure to train interdisciplinary teaching staff. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the education reform brought about by the development of Internet technology at present, and makes a strategic research on improving the information-based teaching ability faced by college teachers in the traditional mode. Under the background of Internet + digital education, it is important and necessary for college teachers to improve their informatization ability.
