Abstract

In the new era, with the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of the material living standards of the people, college teachers should have higher requirements on the self-discipline and professional ethics for. Improving the quality of talent education in colleges and universities, increasing the influence of colleges and universities, and strengthening the professional ethics of college teachers is the key to the quality of education and teaching. Based on this, this paper analyzes and explores the significance of strengthening the professional ethics of college teachers, the current situation of college teachers' professional ethics and how to strengthen the professional ethics of college teachers.
