Abstract

The employment quality of college graduates’ is increasingly valued by the state, schools and families, and has become an important indicator to measure the school-running level. This paper takes the graduates of seven private undergraduate universities in Shaanxi Province as research subject, analyzes the employment quality by using the big data induction method, and obtains the employment quality advantages and common deficiencies of the chosen objects, which provides a reference on improving employment quality for the private universities.
