Abstract

The article analyzes resilience of future railway engineers. At the stage of vocational training, the analysis of developmental characteristics of students and their basic components is of particular importance, since resilience is one of the important factors for ensuring psychophysiological safety. The authors examine the impact of resilience on the professional development of students. The data can be used to develop recommendations aimed at reducing risks of the "human factor" in ensuring train traffic safety.
