- Abstract
Professional burnout is a burnout syndrome associated with a person's professional activity. This article addresses issues of professional burnout. The concept of the "professional burnout" term is revealed, its assessment tools are described, the reasons for the professional burnout of conductors are analyzed, recommendations for reducing it are systematized.
