Abstract

Over the past few years the system of economic relations in Russia had been in a very difficult situation which was due to the foreign economic and political situation of the state on the world stage and had a negative impact on the development of various spheres and sectors of the economy. The impact of the economic and political events has led to structural changes in legislation and regulations and the corresponding restructuring, and often the adjustment of existing systems of governance and regulation to the prevailing conditions.
