Abstract

Talent is one of the decisive factors for the development of new ventures. New generation staffs start to step into the workplace and become vital force of many new ventures. How to stimulate new generation staffs becomes an important issue. This paper analyzes features of new generation staffs and problems existing in the stimulation process and puts forward effective countermeasures for stimulating new generation staffs in entrepreneurial enterprises.
