Abstract

As a gateway to the west of China, the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration opens up the rise of the central and western regions. It has the advantages of advancing east and west, but its economic aggregate is small, the development quality is not high, and the urban clusters are in the cultivation period. This article focuses on the infrastructure, The military-civilian integration, ecology and tourism, industrial competition, information network, and government coordination, etc. proposed the development strategy of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration to provide the competitiveness of the urban agglomeration.
