Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of an approach to modern education in the conditions of the "new" economy - the "housekeeper of knowledge", which provides the use of "change management" to improve the efficiency of an organization. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of modern education formats that are relevant in the context of the knowledge economy, as well as areas of improvement of Russian university education. The educational formats are considered. The attention is paid to their characteristic features, features and conditions of use. The existing educational format of modern Russian education and the main features of "free education" model, which is used in leading Western universities, are critically analyzed. In the framework of the latter model, the options of an open curriculum, a system of distribution requirements and the so-called "nuclear program" are considered. The possibilities of introducing them in modern Russian realities are investigated.
