Abstract

Combining with strengthening the teaching quality, taking the connotative development road under the background of the development of higher education, the problems of the construction of teaching quality guarantee system in colleges and universities, established a teaching quality guarantee mode and system under the framework of the secondary target management system in colleges, from the aspects of organization construction, system construction, and improvement of management and education personnel construct a complete construction plan. On the basis of summarizing the operation of the program and its effect, the method of applying the results of the teaching quality assurance system is given. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for guaranteeing the teaching quality under the two-level target management system are put forward, which provides a reference for colleges and universities to improve the quality of education and teaching under the new situation.
