Abstract

The fourteenth Five Year Plan period (2021-2025) is the key period for China’s economy to move from the middle-income stage to the high-income stage. To promote the construction of international cities is a strategic measure to actively respond to urban competition in the era of economic globalization. In the construction of modern, international and ecological Wuhan and the National Central City, Wuhan adheres to the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the guide, promotes the strategic adjustment of economic structure with transformation and development, continuously optimizes the business environment with multiple measures, builds the transportation and logistics center, consolidates the industrial foundation, and further improves the economy, society, culture, ecology and city City development quality. We will build an international communication center, an industrial innovation center and a talent pool with global influence.
