Abstract

Concerning their physical and psychological disabilities, the education for the impaired people should be paid more attention. This study aims at surveying the situation of the on-line and off-line training of the disabled by the questionnaire and the in-depth interviewing. It is found that regarding the on-line or off-line training for the disabled, the disabled persons’ needs and expectations should be met, considering feasibility of the website, the content of the training, the quality of the teachers and so on.
