Abstract

college students employment is a major problem in today's society, and it is a key indicator of education. And it is also the need of scientific and standardized education to achieve effective employment. This article appeared in the employment of college students. This paper is to study the causes, explore, summarize, innovation from practice. And it ultimately develops effective employment "12345" education mode of college students. It also provides a new effective employment guidance education mode for students.
