Abstract

This paper presents a detailed demonstration on the teaching skill cultivation of children's English teachers. After analyzing the language features and the current situation of children's English education, much emphasis is put on the strategies for teaching skill cultivation. It is illustrated that in addition to arranging courses reasonably, normal universities should spare no effort to cooperate with social forces while sticking to employment-oriented to improve teachers’ skill cultivation.
