Abstract

Against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, difficulties should be overcome to explore feasible ways and new platforms for foreign cultural exchanges. Through the activities of Esperanto meetings at all levels, regular international seminars, academic and cultural exchanges, etc., this paper promotes the integration of the strategic plan of the International Esperanto Association with the Belt and Road Initiative, to make Esperanto play an active role in cultural and economic exchanges.
