Abstract

A life prediction model for HCF-LCF interaction loading which comprehensively considers the ratio of the HCF load to the LCF load and the ratio of stress amplitude in this work. The prediction model based on the Miner model, but correct its error by considers that the loads lower than the fatigue limit stress which contribute to fatigue damage. The prediction model has the advantage of uncomplicated calculation and simple form. Moreover it can get a better result in prediction effect for HCF-LCF interaction loading problem.
