Abstract

Process parameters of AZ31 Magnesium alloy profile expanding extrusion are researched, such as extrusion temperature, extrusion speed, deformation degree, etc., and AZ31 Magnesium alloy profile expanding extrusion are implemented. Extrusion speed and production yield are effective elevated by effective control of extrusion temperature, extrusion speed and deformation degree. This research has a major theoretical breakthrough and practical significance for Magnesium alloy profile expanding extrusion technology.
