Abstract
To facilitate the exchange learning of Taiwanese children in primary schools in Nanning City, in this study, the minimum number of schools selected and the lowest cost for activity room rental was taken into account, two 0-1 plan models were established from economy, convenience, representative satisfaction and other considerations.
