Abstract

This research intended to describe stress dynamic of college students of Guidance and Counselling Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University. The number of subjects was 3 college students. This research was using qualitative methodology. The results described stress dynamic that all of the subjects had experienced in their daily life. Stress dynamic included internal and external stressor, physical and interpersonal symptom of stress, emotional and problem-focused coping stress.
