Abstract

Fine management assessment is an important part of fine management. Effective assessment mechanism is a powerful guarantee to achieve the objective of fine management. Based on the actual situation of Product Oil Sales Company X and the requirements of fine management, this paper considers how to establish a scientific and reasonable fine assessment mechanism, which is of great significance to further improve the management level and achieve the increase of management efficiency.
