Abstract

This paper analyses the causes of College Students’ learning ability and points out that family, school, and society cause it. Through strengthening the cultivation of College Students' overall ability, the construction of counselors' team, the construction of teachers' group and the construction of school culture, we can continuously optimize the educational environment and process, improve the quality of teaching, and train students to become high-quality skilled talents.
