Abstract

Currently, the tradable allowance system, which is a market based environmental policy, is being introduced in China. Under this system, enterprises are given much flexibility in decision making. In this article, the authors constructed decision strategies and models for enterprises and analyzed the condition for optimum solution, hoping to give some insights in the design of the system.
