Abstract

With the continuous improvement of language teaching reform, the teaching focus is increasingly emphasized on the function of cognition during the process of second language acquisition. However, the classroom teaching is an interaction between teachers and students, teachers' emotion will directly influence students' learning effect and the whole classroom atmosphere. Therefore, based on the theory of emotion and the current college English teaching situation, the paper will probe how college English teachers adopt strategies to regulate emotion to increase the teaching efficiency and arouse students' enthusiasm to study English.
