Abstract

In the junior middle school, the main place for students to study and live is the class, as the main manager, organizer and educator of the class, the teacher in charge of a classhas a great influence on the students' cognitive ability, values, personality establishment and behavior development. Doing this work is of great significance to the improvement of overall work efficiency and quality of education. This paper focuses on the class management skills of the teacher in charge of a class, aiming to improve the quality of class education management and promote students' all-round development.
