Abstract

Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, this article explores the problems of the leading cadre assessment system, construct the leading cadre attitude construction evaluation index system, discuss the leading cadre attitude construction comprehensive evaluation method, in order to explore the effective way of comprehensive evaluation of leading cadres of colleges and universities, aimed at solving problems of the leading cadre attitude construction work in colleges and universities, promoting the healthy and orderly development of style construction in colleges and universities.
