- Abstract
The education quality of practical teaching plays a leading role. Sergeant education should focus on training military equipment maintenance personnel with practical skills in the practice of teaching, in the whole process of teaching, follow the idea of innovative education, always put the NCO cadets in the main role, using various means and methods to maximize mobilize and guide the students to consciously practice, in order to improve the practical ability of students as the basic way, development and innovation ability, and comprehensively improve the element. Based on the current Sergeant education practice teaching of many problems, has carried on the discussion to the transformation of sergeant education practice teaching mode.
