Abstract

The research on the quality of employment of college students in our country is still simple comparatively, and it mainly focuses on the establishment of assessment system of employment quality and the investigation of employment quality. But the research is much less, and it aims specially at the employment quality of economic management students in regular institutions of higher learning so that it is more difficult in employment quality and its influence factors. We find the present status and the existing problems of employment quality through the investigation of economic management graduates in one regular institution of higher learning in Jilin province, and give the suggestions to promote employment quality of economic management students in regular institution of higher learning in this paper.
