Abstract

The concept of ITIL management process is introduced in this paper. According to actual practices in the scientific research institutions and role-based access control theory, an improved model of ITIL is designed. When used in scientific research institutions, cloud data center operation and maintenance management, the model has achieved good results and provides new ideas for enhancing the level of informatization construction in the scientific research institutions.
