- Abstract
Career planning is an attempt to plan the process of achieving goals desired by individuals. Independence in career planning is a condition where individuals are able to stand alone without being dependent on others, and in accordance with individual circumstances. Career planning is a process by which individuals can identify and take steps to achieve their career goals. counseling teachers are required to be able to carry out career planning services as optimally as possible so that students are able to make future career planning in determining further studies.
