It is our great pleasure to welcome everyone at the Second International Conference on Education and Technology 2021 (ICETECH). The conference was conducted online via Zoom Meeting on August 25th-26 th, 2021 from Madiun, Indonesia, East Java, Indonesia.

This year’s conference theme is “Research on STEM Based Education and Technology during Covid 19 Pandemic”. It is worth mentioning that UNIPMA’s decision to host this conference under this essential theme is based on the situation that happens today, how researchers write article-based research related to Covid-19 pandemic issues and present it into this forum and publish it. This conference provides a forum for stock-taking and knowledge exchange among scholars worldwide, including education, technology, STEM, and community development.

We would like to extend our best gratitude to Rector of Universitas PGRI Madiun, vice rectors, heads of bureaus, deans, and committee. Also we are very proud and grateful for the keynote speakers who participated in this event, who are experts in their fields for their invaluable contribution and ideas shared in the conference; Prof. Dr. Michael Murkovic from TU Graz University, Prof. Shiro Ojima from Yokohama University, Japan, Prof. Tom Lowrie from University of Canberra and Prof. Parji from Universitas PGRI Madiun. Then, our greatest gratitude to the invited speakers and co-hosts, namely Universitas PGRI Semarang, Universitas Muhamadiyah Purworejo, Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, Mariano Marcos State University, Iloloilo Science and Technology University, Universitas Cendrawasih, and STKIP PGRI Jombang, presenters, and participants for their dedicated support in making this conference possible.
