- Abstract
The major strategic task of social governance is put forward in Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC, including the innovation of social governance, improving the level of social governance, improving the way of social governance. From the "social management" to "social governance ", it suggests that a major change in the party and the government on the governing idea and explains the rationality from the traditional, stability of the orientation of social management to social governance. How to realizing the social management system innovation is becoming a new topic of the construction of Chinese society. This article focus on an important foothold of social governance, grassroots social governance from the perspective of transformation of social management to social governance.The process of the grassroots social governance is analyzed on the basis of existing problems and the social reality of social work involved in grassroots social management innovation.Based on this, this article founds the path of the community social work involved in the implementation of grassroots social governance innovation.And this article enriches the content and direction of community social work at the same time, provides useful path and method for grassroots social governance innovation.
