Abstract

The outbreak of the new crown virus in early 2020 has had a huge impact on our people’s livelihood and economy, while also posing severe challenges and tests to our country’s emergency response system for public health emergencies. How to deal with such incidents and minimize their scope of influence is one of the practical problems that the Chinese government urgently needs to solve. Based on the Hall’s three-dimensional structure, this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system for emergency response capabilities of public health emergencies, and provides policy suggestions for improving the emergency response capabilities of the Chinese government.
