Abstract: In order to promote the high-quality development and connotative development of education in military academies, it is necessary to make full use of the revolutionary changes brought about by network information technology in education and teaching, and take online and offline blended teaching as the main starting point to promote the implementation of student-centered teaching concept, so as to achieve a qualitative leap in classroom teaching and talent training in military academies. By adopting the method of vertical and horizontal cross, the blended teaching is carried out, so as to promote the teaching reform of the data exchange equipment operation course, and form a new comprehensive professional ability training mode of “advanced stratification, learning classification and target classification”.
