- Abstract
This paper systematically discusses the application mechanism of physical principles in mainstream ball games such as football, basketball and volleyball, and its role in improving sports efficiency. Research shows that the synergistic effect of Magnus effect and air resistance significantly affects the trajectory of football, and precise ball control can be achieved by controlling the rotation and aerodynamic characteristics of the ball. The analysis of basketball projectile motion reveals the comprehensive influence of gravity, air resistance and rotation effect on shooting trajectory. Based on the principle of biomechanics, the optimization of force sequence and release parameters can effectively improve the hit rate. The mechanism of energy conversion and momentum transfer in volleyball spike shows that the efficiency of conversion from biological energy to kinetic energy depends on the coordination of action and the opportunity of hitting. The systematic application of physical principles provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of sports technology. By quantitatively analyzing the relationship between mechanical parameters and sports performance, the scientific training and competitive efficiency can be significantly improved.
