Abstract

This paper takes students of taizhou university as the research object, Through the physique test data of 305 students (166 male students and 139 female students), the qualitative and quantitative research methods are combined to analyze the current physical health status of students. At the same time, questionnaires were distributed to them, and linear regression was used to analyze the main factors affecting their physical health. Combining the investigation with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province, clarifying the status quo of students' physique health management, affirming the necessity of physique health management for college students, and proposing the whole process from investigation and testing, evaluation and analysis, guidance and intervention, feedback and suggestions. Recommendations for the physique management system.
