Abstract

Rice-pattern porcelain has a long history. The crafts of carving exquisite eye and filling in the exquisite glaze and decoration of rice-pattern porcelain had experienced constantly changing.The important factors which leading to the change of rice-pattern porcelain are that the technical factors, economic factors and porcelain workers's value factors. The contemporary rice-pattern porcelain craft has been neglected. The inheritance and development of rice-pattern porcelain craft first be needing to design innovation, secondly be needing the artist playing a guiding role, finally needing to rely on the development of tourism.
