Abstract

Incorporating study trips into primary and secondary education teaching plans is not only a supplement and improvement to China’s current education model, but it is also a change from traditional teaching methods. Carrying out study trips and practical education activities can effectively promote the development of students’ moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, labor, and overall development, while also improving students’ overall quality and ensuring the fulfillment of the fundamental task of moral education. In recent years, the study trip in China has grown rapidly and produced results that have been recognized by primary and secondary school students and their parents. However, the growth situation of study trip tutors has resulted in low ability and quality, which is questioned by students, parents, and schools. In order to improve the educational quality of study trip practice courses, ensure the realization of the educational goals of research courses, enhance the healthy development of the study trip industry, cultivate high-quality and high-ability study trip tutors. The key to changing the above situation is to build a closed-loop growth ecosystem for study trip tutors. This paper provides a theoretical summary based on the field participation in study trip courses and a review of relevant literature. And then by summarizing the role of study trip tutors, analyze the predicament of the growth of study trip tutors, and finally propose countermeasures to solve the growth dilemma of study trip tutors, so as to promote the development of study trip tutors, build a new development pattern of the study trip, realize the development of study trip well and achieve the goal of cultivating students.
