- Abstract
This topic clarifies the folk concept of Shandong folk paper-cutting from the perspective of folklore and anthropology, and explains the artistic characteristics of Shandong folk paper-cutting from the perspective of plastic arts, and on the basis discusses its unique aesthetic concept.From the perspective of intangible cultural heritage protection and design re-application in the construction of beautiful countryside, it explains the significance of the aesthetic concept of Shandong folk paper-cutting in the current Chinese cultural heritage construction and enhancement of national cultural self-confidence in the new era.The research content includes the regional commonality of Shandong folk paper-cutting and the modelling characteristics of regional individuality, and it also clarifies the cultural concepts behind Shandong folk paper-cutting and the aesthetic concepts contained therein.A variety of research methods such as Fine Arts, literature review, field research, anthropology, etc. is employed to analyze and sort out the folk custom and aesthetic concepts behind the characteristics of Shandong folk paper-cutting art.The research conclusions provide reference value for the theoretical research of Shandong folk paper-cutting art, the protection of intangible cultural heritage, and the reapplication of art design in the new era.
