Abstract

With the acceleration of life rhythm, people’s work and study pressure is increasing. Young people have just entered society. They face important life choices such as fast-paced, stressful work, trivial daily life, emotions and marriage. In the face of all kinds of problems, people naturally want to find solutions. During their regular recreational hours, the group will focus more on activities that help them relieve stress and depression.
