Abstract

Derivation, as the main word formation method in Arabic, is also one of the most prominent language signs of Arabic. The derived morphology of Arabic is different from the derivation in English, French and other languages. It is a very characteristic and regular derivation system. This article will base on the original Arabic literature, sort out the development process of Arabic derivative word formation, and objectively show the current research status of Arabic derivative.
