Abstract

Dehua and Shiwan are important ceramic sculpture producing areas in China, which are with a long history of ceramic sculpture development. Through the analysis of materials and craft aesthetic characteristics of dehua and Shiwan ceramic sculpture, this paper will provide inspiration and theoretical basis for the creative development of modern ceramic sculpture, help to spread excellent traditional Chinese handicrafts and enhance the cultural consciousness and cultural confidence of the Chinese nation[1].
