Abstract

Practices of narrating culture memories based on various mediums is significant for the community’s sustainable development, also contributes to the formation of their historical knowledge. This paper will base on the concept of trace, and takes the narrating of culture memory of the atomic bombing in Hiroshima as an example, especially the photographs Here Goes River by Aya Fujioka, to analyze how the traces documented in photograph tell the memories of hiroshima concerned with its function.
