Abstract

The ABC technologies of AI, Block chain and Cloud Computing are transforming digital libraries into smart sustainable knowledge systems. These technologies transform libraries into vibrant engines that enhance innovation, collaboration, and sustainability. AI enhances the processes of libraries by employing intelligent cataloguing, personalized suggestions, and automation of research and information generation. The transparency, authenticity, and right management of block chains raise the security and trust level of different parties.Cloud computing provides energy efficient and scalable infrastructure that facilitates international communication and collaboration.The article brings out the ethical and governance dynamics of such innovations, such as privacy, digital equity and responsible AI use. It shows practical applications of the ABC framework through the examples of MIT Blockcerts and Europeana Cloud. Finally, AI, block chain, and cloud computing combine into creating digital libraries as intelligent, safe, and sustainable centres and advance open science, lifelong learning, and knowledge equity.
