Abstract

This paper explores 1) the sources of conflicts with caring climate in workplace, 2) the different figures and aspects of the conflicts occurring in the caring climates compared with the individualistic and competitive climates, 3) and the proper organizational conflict management. By a real case analysis, the paper suggests that even though the relationship of superior-subordinate is very close, they need to use the proper ways to communicate, keeping the hierarchy system in the minds and resolve the conflicts both in content and relationship dimensions.
