Proceedings of the 2019 International Conference on Pedagogy, Communication and Sociology (ICPCS 2019)

Planning is now in hand for the 2019 International Conference on Pedagogy, Communication and Sociology (ICPCS 2019), which, as you may know, will be held in Ningbo, China, on 25th to 26th May 2019. ICPCS 2019 is organized by the Modern International Green Cultural Communication Association (MIGCCA); supported by Zhejiang University Ningbo Institute of Technology. The aim as well as objective of ICPCS 2019 is to present the latest research and results of scientists working in the fields related to education, communication and social sciences. The intention is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share ideas and to present the works of scientists, engineers, educators and students across the globe.

In keeping with the conference proceedings’ high scientific standards, a qualified group of academics coordinated by myself and other scholars in related fields served as referees for submitted papers, using a process of double blind peer review to select contributions for publication. A total of 163 papers were received, of which 100 were accepted and 63 were rejected. This review led to the selection of a reduced number of papers with respect to the total number that had been submitted, thirty of which were unconditionally accepted and others were accepted conditionally upon implementing some scientific and/or linguistic revisions. As the guest editor, it is my opinion that this collection of selected papers offers an interesting panorama of original theoretical and applied developments, representing “cutting edge” research on key topics of pedagogy, communication and sociology.

My main thanks go to the Atlantis Press (www.atlantis-press.com), a global open access publisher of scientific, technical and medical content which was founded in Paris in 2006, for publishing the conference proceedings of ICPCS 2019. Meanwhile, I express my deep appreciation to all authors, speakers and participants of this conference for their contributions to this book. Again, I wish this conference to be perfect and successful.
