- Abstract
There are several factors that affect the economic growth of one factor of human resources. Human resource is the most important factor in the development process, how quickly the development process depends on the extent of human resources as the subject of development have sufficient competence to carry out the development process. The close link between the increase in human resources by the number of unemployment and poverty will greatly affect the rate of economic growth of a country. The time is now being widely discussed regarding social eunterpreneur or social entrepreneurs see problems as opportunities. With the social eunterpreneur not only to create jobs. Usefulness of social eunterpreneur not only to do with the employees but also the wider community. In addition to reducing the social problem of unemployment the right eunterpreneur also reduces the amount of poverty in Indonesia. In the Islamic religion, for example Zakat will play a strategic role in tackling the social problems of unemployment or poverty also that economic growth will occur. the presence of amil zakat institutions as a real example of a successful social eunterpreneurship will encourage the growth of unemployment or poverty also. Social entrepreneurship focus their efforts by involving the community and also empower people financially and skills. Studies of the journal will be qualitative review of conceptual
