The 2nd International Conference on Research of Educational Administration and Management (ICREAM 2018) was held in Bandung, Indonesia on October 18, 2018. Its aim was to provide opportunities for all participants to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. Specifically, it was used as a scientific forum for encouraging discussion among young Indonesian researchers in the fields of applied leadership and management.
