This study purposes to find out the implementation of transformational leadership behaviors that school principals demonstrate at schools during their administrative practices on daily basis to quality of school improvement. This study conducted in Mutiara Insani Kindergarten School Purwakarta and used a qualitative research with descriptive case study as research method. To obtain the data, the researcher employed in depth interview to the school principal as method of data collection. The results showed that the principal’s transformational leadership approach is able to create a change and to improve the quality of school. The conclusion of this research is the theory and practice can convey that a transformational leadership with those dimensions owned properly exercised will provide a positive influence in order to realize and maintaining the school quality.
