Proceedings of the International Conference on Sustainable Computing and Artificial Intelligence (ICSCAI 2025)

Conference Name: International Conference on Sustainable Computing and Artificial Intelligence (ICSCAI 2025)
Date: 28–29 November 2025
Location: Jaipur, India (Hybrid)

We are currently witnessing an era of unprecedented innovation driven by the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and high-performance computers. However, this expansion has also intensified the environmental impacts of digital infrastructure, significantly increasing global energy consumption. This paradox underscores the importance of fostering in-depth discussions on sustainable technology and development. The International Conference on Sustainable Computing and Artificial Intelligence (ICSCAI) provides a global platform for such discourse, bringing together industry leaders, policy makers and academic researchers from all around the world.

The ICSCAI program places a significant emphasis on research that explores the relationship between ecological responsibility and the computational. This volume of proceedings presents a collection of studies focused on identifying and developing computing solutions with reduced environmental impact. ICSCAI is fully committed to advancing environmentally responsible computing and aims to align technological progress with global sustainability goals. To achieve this, the conference promotes AI-enabled solutions for resource optimization, ethical frameworks and climate modelling within the sector.

Conference Highlights and Themes

The research in this volume centres on many essential foundations of sustainable technology:

• AI with Low Energy Consumption: creating software and hardware for massive machine learning with low power consumption.
• Green Data Infrastructure: Developing intelligent systems and computing environ-ments that optimize resource utiization.
• Climate-Positive AI: Leveraging AI to model carbon emissions and monitor environ-mental changes.
• Ethics and Governance: Ensuring that AI systems are developed and deployed in ways that benefit both society and the environment.

Review and Selection Process

Each of the papers that were included in these proceedings was examined by other specialists to ensure that they were strong from a technical standpoint and could be utilised to solve problems that occur in the real world. All of the members of our Program Committee, who were all considered to be experts in the industry, reviewed everything and assigned a grade to it based on how valuable it was for sustainable technology, how creative it was, and how well it was executed.

This collection highlights the most significant developments that are taking place at the moment to make the digital world more environmentally friendly.

Acknowledgments

For all of the hard effort that they put into ensuring that this conference was conducted in an intellectually honest manner, we would like to express our gratitude to the Volume Editors, the Program Committee, and the outside reviewers. First and foremost, we would want to express our gratitude to the authors for the innovative ideas they have presented and the dedication they have shown towards finding a solution to one of the most pressing issues that we are currently facing.

This collection of proceedings is something that we believe will be beneficial to both researchers and practitioners. More collaboration and the necessary technological advances that are required to make the planet last will be encouraged as a result of their efforts.
