Abstract

The presence of reserves of natural resources is an absolute advantage of the development of the region, using which it is important not to be limited only to the export of raw materials. The balance of foreign exchange is necessary to ensure the development of all sectors of the economy. Diversification of the regional economy is the basis for the strategy of the socio-economic development of the Kuzbass cross-border regions.
